- The flat is beautiful, super clean and Francesca is a perfect host. she is very nice and helpful. There were water, milk and beer in the fridge, toast, jam, tee and cafe in the kitchen – small things, but they made our mornings so comfortable.

I spent four nights in Rome and had the most wonderful experience at the Coppede House! When I arrived, Francesca met us at the bus stop and welcomed us into her home. Francesca and her daughter communicated with us frequently before and during the trip. The home was clean and elegant! I stayed with another friend, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood where the home is located in Rome. The area is a very nice suburb outside of the center. I highly recommend this home! Thank you!

- A pleasant apartment offered a very careful and attentive host. It was a pleasure to live here. The area where the villa is a very pleasant, quiet and historical. We hope to return for the following vacancies.

- Excellent starting point for discovery
- Generously furbished apartment in an elegant quarter of Rome. The place is within walking distance of the Villa Borghese, which obviously is a must-see for any Rome visitor. Moreover, drugstores and supermarkets are all located around the corner. Bus and streetcars are also within easy reach, meaning you may pop downtown to the historic places within less than half an hour. Host Francesca takes excellent care of her guests, propping the first time visitor with all necessary information.
I slept perfectly. Very good mattress and pillows. Wide spaces, and intimate. Light of you want. The position is very interesting. Public garden Villa Ada, Villa Borghese nearby…Fascist period really interesting architecture and Gaudì interventions. Is a professional/diplomatic block nearby a normal residential area. Francesca was warming, carefull and very welcoming. Speaking with her about all details of your particular needs before your reserve you cannot have any problem… she can reply to you about any material needs or in terms of check-in and check-out etc. specification. The home is as you see in the photo (or better than the photos can show to us) really clean and confortable and tastefully furnished. Good for couples and I think for couple and children. Apartment with a particular quality: good discretion and quietness. Perfect bathroom and water implant.
Staying Francesca’s was very pleasant. Apartment was big enough for two of us . Clean , perfectly equipped, even Francesca provided us drinks and breakfast that helped and very nice of her ! Even though there is supermarket around corner. Bus stop is only few minutes away from Francesca’s and we used only bus to go around Roma it worked well . Francesca welcomed us and she came to see us when we leave too. She was making sure everything was ok . She is great host I would definitely recommend her and her place. Thank you Francesca !Ottobre 2015
Francesca’s ‘Pop art house’ is a tastefully well decorated and welcoming ambience. Francesca is a genuinely warm and friendly host who has literally got out of her way in assisting us in a number of ways during our short stay there. We would certainly recommend her to all our personal colleagues, friends and family. Thanks Fracesca and family for making our stay so enjoyable. René and Betty from Australia.Ottobre 2015
Francesca was just amazing. She collected us at the bus stop and walked us to the apartment. She is a very friendly person. The apartment is located in a fantastic area, and it is in immaculate condition. Francesca recommended us a fantastic restaurant for dinner and gave us full detail directions to get into the city centre. If I ever go back, I will definitely contact her. Thank you for everything.Settembre 2015
My girlfriend and I spent 5 days here and it has been a fantastic stay. The flat is absolutely gorgeous, fully functional and cozy, and located in the most beautiful neighborhood of Roma, Parioli, close to shops, restaurants and bus/metro stops. Francesca is the best host one could possibly imagine. She really makes you feel welcome and, even more important, she is extremely helpful with anything you may need. Overall, I can honestly say this has been my best Airbnb experience so far. I totally recommend it!
The stay at Francesca’s apartment has been extremely positive: she welcomed me very kindly, showing me all details of the apartment, which is very nice, brand shiny new and perfectly equipped. She also provided me refreshments in the fridge and food for the breakfast: greatly appreciated. Air conditioning in main room and bedroom have been perfect to fight the hot temperatures of the stay in Rome. Definitely a plus. Wifi access is also available, provided that you correctly place the wifi reciever near the window in the main room to get good cell coverage Sorroundings are very nice: Coppedè area is well renomated and has been a nice discovery for me. Good restaurants are available in the near Via Chiana (try the Ham Holy Burgher and Pizzeria Mangiafuoco). Net net has been a very nice stay, definitely suggested for all bnb’ers in Rome.
We spent five days at Miriam’s apartment in Coppedè. The neighbourhood is really nice, close to Villa Borghese and direct to center area with bus (63, 83…) The apartment is really nice, newly redecorated with taste and well equipped. Miriam and her daughter Francesca have excellent communication, quick answer to any questions. They even left us some food in the fridge for the first breakfast ! Highly recommended.
As soon as we let Miriam know we were in Rome, Francesca (Miriam’s Mum) called us up and gave us more information about getting to Tagliamento. The information on the listing is more than enough to get you there but I’d advise that you get your ticket for Terravision and get in queue as soon as you can to make sure you get on one sooner rather than later, we arrived and the next one wasn’t for another hour after arrival. We got on the 92 but to Tagliamento and Francesca was there waiting for us to take us to the home. She was very welcoming and friendly and shown us around the home and gave us some information about getting around and answered our questions greatly. The home had a very Italian feel to it and was in a great location. It was possible to walk to places (if you like walking) but buses are probably easier and they are well marked and easy to navigate. It is close to many of the famous Roman tourist attractions but not too close so that you’re stuck in the rumble of many tourists and lots of noise. It’s a very nice Italian town where there are more locals than tourists, we didn’t see many tourists whilst in the town which was nice as there are lots of tourists (including ourselves!) in Rome. The house was very roomy. There was more than enough room for the 2 of us there. We had an amazing experience and this house really improved our experience. Miriam was a great host and helped me plan my girlfriends meal for her birthday before I was even there and the place she recommended was incredible, the food was delicious and we had an amazing view of the colosseum from a rooftop terrace (restaurant was called Ristorante Aroma at Palazzo Manfredi – it was expensive but well worth it!) It was great staying here and Miriam and Francesca were amazing host’s, I’d definitely stay here again! Thank you!
This apartment is such a beautiful, clean and good energy home . Good location and nice neighborhood. Extremely clean and comfortable. Nice towels, clean sheets clean furniture, I saw the clean really matters for Miriam and for me is the most important thing and if we add Franchesca who’s Miriam sister I will say this is my home overseas. The communication was great, Franchesca explained how to get there from the airport by train taxi or bus, she was there for the check in and she explained everything about the city and even have a map for us . They got groceries for us ( coffee, cereals, water, cookies, beer… Etc..) For the check out Franchesca came late the night before because we were leaving 5 am and she offered to take us to the train station and she waked up 5 am just to take us… I couldn’t believe that . What a beautiful sweet person!
Miriam’s place was the perfect choice – it is located in a charming neighborhood which is about half an hour walk from the historical center of Rome. The apartment was very nice and clean just like on the photos. There’s a long balcony connecting dining room and bedroom which is perfect for having a breakfast outside or to chill with a glass of wine in the evening. The bedroom has two windows and a big kingsize bed. There is also a little room which we used to keep our luggage and all the stuff. And of course Miriam and Francesca was a very friendly and helpful hosts! I would recommend this place to anyone of my friends!Settembre 2015
The apartment is so lovely! Large rooms with cute decor and gorgeous windows overlooking the quiet street below. Miriam and her mom Francesca are SO sweet and accommodating. They baked us a cherry tart and set out a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon upon arrival They live right nearby and make themselves available should you need anything at all. The neighborhood is a cool and different vibe for visitors, not so touristy! We really enjoyed the deck and large kitchen that they stocked with some extra goodies. They are the best, highly recommend!
Miriam and her mother were very gracious and very accommodating. The apartment was very perfect for our needs.Settembre 2015

Maggio 2015
Miriam and her mother Francesca made me feel very welcome. The fridge held some items, the apartment was clean snd cosy and they had even bought a toilet and litter for my cat. My trip didn’t go as planned and took a few twists, but they were always there to help me with my problems. The area is beautiful, close to supermarkets and Villa Borghese and other parks – quite ideal for small kids!Giugno 2015
